An additional vacancy of 104 posts are reserved for rifleman/riflewoman(GD) under sports quota. This takes the final tally of available vacant posts to 1484.
The candidates will be tested on the following selection criteria which is:
- Physical Standard Test(PST)
- Physical Efficiency Test(PET)
- Written Examination
- Trade Test(Skill Test)
- Medical Examination.
Candidates must note that merely qualifying the tests does not guarantee final selection. A candidate is selected based on his/her position in the merit list and availability of vacancies against the respective State and Union Territories.
