Total of 35 vacancies are released by the OSSC board. All of the are contractual vacancies. To get selected the candidates have to face three stages i.e. First one is Written main exam, Qualifying in this exam shall move you to the second stage i.e. Computer skill test. In the computer skill test candidates have to bring the minimum qualifying marks to get qualify or pass in it. - Exam type – Objective.

- 1 Mark for each correct answer.
- Paper 1 will have no negative marking but in paper 2 0.25 marks is deducted for wrong answer each.
- Time duration of each paper – 1 and half hours.
